1. Can I place the small quantity order, trial order, even samples order?

--Yes, it is ok to place low quantity order at the begining.

2. Can I provide my own design for bulk production?

--Yes, you can send the details sketches or physical samples to us. We will make the samples for you to check the quality and effect.

3. How many days will cost for the samples development?

--It will cost about 8 days to finish the samples from the valid day that we received customer's sample fee.

4. Can you provide the PU swatches for color option before going to develop samples and to stitch customer's logo?
--Yes, we can send the newest swatches to you by email. For the logo, it is ok to stitch your brand label, embossed logo or printed logo when proceed the bulk production.

5. How about the lead time for my purchasing order?
--Usually it costs 30 to 45 days to finish the goods after we received customer's deposit and confirmed the samples.

6. Payment term
--T/T or  Western Union

7. How do you ship the goods to my country?
--For the samples parcel or small volume parcel, it will send by couriers. For the bulk production, the goods will ship by sea.
